ปัญหาหูกาง เป็นปัญหาที่ไม่ใช่ทุกคนจะเป็น บางคนหูกาง ตอนเด็ก ๆ ก็อาจจะโดนล้อกันบ้าง ว่าหูพร้อมจะบินแล้ว ส่วนมากนั้นหูกางมักจะเป็นกันโดยกำเนิด เป็นการถ่ายทอดทางพันธุกรรม ยิ่งในผู้หญิงด้วยนั้น ด้วยความที่มีผมยาว ธรรมชาติของผู้หญิงจึงทำให้ผู้หญิงชอบทัดหู มัดผม หรือผูกผมแล้วเปิดหู แต่หากใครหูกาง ก็คงจะเสียความมั่นใจไปไม่น้อย กลัวว่าเปิดหูมาแล้ว หูจะกระพือออกนอกหน้านอกตา ทำให้สาว ๆ หลายคนเลือกจะทำผมหรือปล่อยผมลงมาปิดหูเอาไว้ ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าคงไม่มีใครอยากจะปล่อยผมเพื่อปิดหู หรือทำผมแต่แบบเดิม ๆ ไปตลอดชีวิตกันหรอกค่ะ แต่เดี๋ยวนี้ศัลยกรรมสามารถช่วยคุณได้ทุกอย่าง ไม่เว้นแม้แต่ปัญหาหูกางก็ทำได้ไม่ยาก แถมยังเจ็บน้อย ไม่เสียเวลาทำงานทำการด้วย

ใครบ้างที่เหมาะสมที่จะทำศัลยกรรมแก้หูกาง?

จริง ๆ แล้วเป็นใครก็ได้ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป แล้วมีปัญหาใบหูทั้งสองข้างกางออกมามากเกินไป จนทำให้หูดูโดดเด่นเกินไป ดูไม่สวยและขาดความมั่นใจไป

 

วิธีการศัลยกรรมแก้ปัญหาหูกาง

หลายคนคงกำลังสงสัยว่าการผ่าตัดศัลยกรรมแก้หูหางนั้น แพทย์จะเฉือนหูออกเลยไหม หรือมันจะเจ็บมากหรือเปล่า แล้วหูจะสามารถกลับมาแนบกับศีรษะได้อย่างไร โดยวิธีการหรือขั้นต้อนในการทำนั้น มีดังนี้

1. แพทย์จะทำการออกแบบโครงสร้างใบหูให้รับกับหน้า จากนั้นจะฉีดยาชาลงไปบริเวณใบหู ก่อนจะทำแนวเส้นผ่าตัดไว้ที่ด้านหลังของหู เพื่อมาร์คตำแหน่งที่จะผ่าตัด

2. เมื่อยาชาออกฤทธิ์ได้ที่แล้ว แพทย์จะทำการกรีดเปิดแผลบริเวณหน้าหรือหลังใบหู (โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้วแพทย์จะทำการผ่าตัดหลังใบหู เพราะจะเห็นรอยแผลเป็นหลังผ่าตัดได้ยาก เนื่องจากแผลจะซ่อนอยู่บริเวณหลังใบหู และมีขนาดเล็กเพียง 1-2 ซม. เท่านั้น)

3. ผิวหนังส่วนหนึ่งจะถูกตัดออก และทำการดึงผิวหนังบริเวณแนวเส้นผ่าตัดแนบเข้าหากัน แล้วจึง เย็บให้ติดกันเพื่อเป็นการดึงใบหูให้เข้ามาแนบชิดศีรษะมากขึ้น โดยอาจจะมีการปรับโครงสร้างกระดูกอ่อนร่วมด้วย

วิธีการสังเกตว่าใบหูของเรากางหรือเปล่า

  • อ่านถึงตรงนี้ สาว ๆ หลายคนอาจกำลังเอามือลูบ ๆ หู หรือรีบไปส่องกระจกเพื่อดูว่าใบหูของเรานั้นกางหรือเปล่า บางคนก็ยังสงสัยว่าแบบไหนถึงจะเรียกว่าหูกาง วิธีสังเกตทำได้ไม่ยาก ดังนี้
  • หูปกติของคนเรานั้น ปกติตำแหน่งของใบหูหากอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่สมมารต พอเหมาะ เมื่อเรามองจากด้านหน้า ใบหูควรกางอยู่ที่ประมาณ 25 – 35 องศา
  • ใบหูควรแนบชิดไปทางด้านหลัง โดยชิดไปกับหนังศีรษะ
  • สำหรับความยาวและองศา จากขอบหูบนถึงปลายติ่งหู จะมีความยาวโดยประมาณ 7 ซม. โดยระยะห่างจากตีนผมถึงขอบหูบนประมาณ 8 – 10 องศา
  • สำหรับลักษณะที่มองเห็นและสัดส่วนนั้น หากมองจากด้านหน้า กระดูกอ่อนรูปตัว Y และขอบหูนั้นสามารถมองเห็นได้ ซึ่งความกว้างและความยาวของหูจะมีอัตราส่วนอยู่ที่ 4:7

 

การเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้ารับศัลยกรรมแก้หูกาง

  • สำหรับใครที่คิดอยากจะแก้ปัญหาหูที่กางออก ควรจะต้องเรียนรู้วิธีการเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้าศัลยกรรม เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตัวคุณเอง และผลลัพธ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นภายหลังจากการศัลยกรรม การเตรียมตัวมีแนวทางปฏิบัติดังนี้
  • แจ้งข้อมูลหากมีโรคประจำตัว ประวัติการแพ้ยา หรือหากมีอาการเจ็บป่วยก่อนวันผ่าตัด กรุณาแจ้งให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทราบก่อนวันผ่าตัดอย่างน้อย 1 – 3 วัน
  • ควรงดยาที่มีผลต่อการแข็งตัวของเลือด อย่าน้อง 7 – 14 วันก่อนผ่าตัด
  • งดใส่คอนแทคเลนส์ (แนะนำให้ใส่เป็นแว่นสายตาแทน) , แต่งหน้า, ทาเล็บ, ทาโลชั่น, หรือใส่เครื่องประดับและของมีค่าในวันผ่าตัด
  • งดสูบบุหรี่และงดดื่มครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของแอลกอฮอล์อย่างน้อย 4 สัปดาห์ก่อนผ่าตัด
  • วันผ่าตัดควรเตรียมเสื้อผ้าที่ใส่สบาย สะดวกต่อการถอดและสวมใส่
  • แนะนำว่าควรมีผู้ติดตามาด้วยเพื่อดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดจะสะดวกมากกว่า
  • การเตรียมตัวหลังเข้ารับศัลยกรรมแก้หูกาง
  • ภายหลังจากที่ได้รับการศัลยกรรมแล้ว การดูแลตัวเองหลังจากนี้เป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญมาก โดยเฉพาะหากใครที่คาดหวังผลลัพธ์จึงควรปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำ ดังต่อไปนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด
  • ภายหลังผ่าตัดต้องใส่ Face Support รัดบริเวณใบหูตลอดเวลาเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 2 สัปดาห์ เพื่อให้ใบหูทั้งสองอยู่ในระดับที่พอดี ไม่ขยับไปมา
  • หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้แผลถูกน้ำเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 3 วัน หากสระผม จะต้องหมั่นเช็ดทำความสะอาดแผลให้แห้ง ถ้าผ้าก็อซเปียกน้ำ ควรเปลี่ยนใหม่เพื่อความสะอาดและแผลไม่อับชื้น
  • งดออกกำลังกาย หรือทำกิจกรรมที่เกิดแรงกระทบกระเทือนไปยังบริเวณศีรษะอย่างน้อย 2 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไป
  • งดการดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของแอลกอฮอล์ อีกทั้ง รวมไปถึง งดการสูบบุหรี่ เป็นเวลาขั้นต่ำ 4 สัปดาห์ หรือละการดื่มไปจนกว่าแผลจะหายดี
  • หากพบว่ามีเลือดออกที่แผลอย่างผิดปกติ ควรรีบกลับไปพบแพทย์เจ้าของไข้
  • ควรไปพบแพทย์ตามนัดเพื่อติดตามอาการ ภายในระยะเวลา 7 วัน สำหรับเช็คผลลัพธ์และตัดไหม

หากเราปฏิบัติตัวตามที่แพทย์แนะนำอย่างเคร่งครัดแล้ว ก็รอดูผลลัพธ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นได้เลย รับรองความสวยนั้นเป็นเรื่องไม่เข้าใครออกใครจริง ๆ ทำชาตินี้ ก็ไม่ต้องไปรอสวยถึงชาติหน้าแล้วค่ะ
